Goods will be sent via Australia Post Express Post service to ensure items can be tracked after dispatch.
Within Australia, postage rates are:
- Up to 500g $8.00
- Over 500g $10.00 up to 6 items
$20.00 over 6 items
Overseas by air freight at cost + $10 administration fee
SALES & RETURNS POLICY Pomegranate will accept merchandise returns for a full refund or exchange within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached.
Upon receipt of returned goods, Pomegranate reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. Postage charges for returns are non-refundable.
DISPATCH ERRORS In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or sent the wrong merchandise, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund, including your postage costs, at our expense.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS Please use a sturdy envelope or packet to ensure goods remain undamaged, and include a note for the reason for the return. For your security, please return your envelope to us via a trackable, insured mail service to the address listed at the bottom of this page. Pomegranate is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Postage charges for returns are non-refundable.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES Pomegranate will refund the original form of payment. We will not refund postage charges unless we have made an error. We will process your refund or post your exchanged item within approximately 14 days of receiving your merchandise. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
